NERVS update

Hi All,

Recent quakes in the Kermadecs, Greece, Mid-Atlantic Ridge, Nicaragua, Guerrero (Mexico), the South Sandwich Island region, Sunda Strait, Macquarie Island and Hindu-Kush (Afghanistan) yield the following NERVS update:

4.5 or greater magnitude in next 10 days:
- Primary vector: Southern California (including Baja and offshore), Northern California (including offshore), Central California
- Secondary vector: Oklahoma, Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Chile, Peru
- Also possible: Iceland, Philippines, PNG, Western China, or a 7.5 or greater quake anywhere around the globe

-----

For those new to the list, NERVS stands for:
Numerical (or "non-scientific")
Earthquake
Risk
Vector
System
...and is based on prior California quakes being preceded by similar patterns of quakes in other areas.
